The flu is highly contagious. It spreads through coughing, touching and sneezing. 

The flu shot can help to stop infection in your nose, throat and lungs, fever, muscle aches and serious illness caused by the flu virus.

It is important you have a new flu shot every year before flu season.

Talk to your Aboriginal Health practitioner, doctor or nurse today and get a FREE flu shot.
