EOI- Mparntwe Health Hub

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation (Congress) invites Expressions of Interest from Head Contractors for the construction of its new Mparntwe Health Hub in Alice Springs.

Congress provides comprehensive primary healthcare services to more than 16,000 Aboriginal people. Approaching its 50th year of operation, Congress employs almost 500 staff both in Alice Springs and remote locations, and operates with an annual budget of circa $70 mill.

The Mparntwe Health Hub will be a two-level commercial building of 3,000 sqm including social and family support services and administrative functions.

A select tender for construction of the building, the design and approval of which are currently being finalised, will be called early in 2023. This EOI will identify companies with the capability, capacity and desire to deliver this project to allow a select tender list to be established.

An Information Package is available by emailing Miriam Wallace at Susan Dugdale & Assoc. via  miriam@dugdale.com.au. This EOI will close at 5.00 pm on 2 December 2022.
