Alice Springs NAIDOC Celebrations

Last week, Australians celebrated National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee (NAIDOC) Week, which is held each year from the first to second Sunday in July; a tradition stemming back to 1938, celebrating the time that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people were first observed.
