Many positions at Congress are Aboriginal-identified positions, meaning that only Aboriginal people are able to fulful the role. In addition, Congress applies a special measures policy to the recruitment of all positions, ensuring that Aboriginal people who apply (and are qualified) for positions are interviewed ahead of other non-Aboriginal applicants, and where found suitable for the position are offered roles.
