A service for all Aboriginal people in Alice Springs on Haemodialysis.
The Renal Primary Health program provides care coordination of primary health care services to clients who are on haemodialysis in Alice Springs.
This program also addresses psychosocial issues that are faced by clients on haemodialysis.
