The Regional Eye Health Program supports the visiting Optometrist to travel to 27 remote locations.

The role of the Regional Eye Health Coordinator is to enhance the eye health program in Central Australia and consolidate the system of service delivery in accordance with the NT Indigenous Eye Health Plan. The main emphasis is to coordinate visits provided by the Brien Holden Vision Institute through the Visiting Optometry Scheme.
