What is ANFPP?
ANFPP is a service for young women who are having a baby If you join the program, you will receive visits from a nurse and Aboriginal Community Worker (ACW) while you are pregnant and until your baby turns 2.
How often will my nurse and ACW visit?

You and your Nurse / ACW will decide when the visits happen.

Keep your baby healthy and strong
Build a strong community for you and your baby
Make your home a safe place for you and your baby to live and play

Set goals for your family’s future and find ways to help you reach them
Who can participate in the visits?
